Floor plans for today’s lifestyle
Peter Renner has personally designed all of the floor plans for the BreakWater
Condominium project with the following objectives in mind:
• Design living/home theater/kitchen and dining areas in a manner that is spacious, that
accommodates today’s home theater technologies, and that accommodates today’s
life styles. The kitchen and dining area is the centerpiece.
• Make efficient use of the space.
• Make the rooms comfortable but not over sized.
• Make the units feel spacious.
• Incorporate a lot of storage.
• Incorporate large walk-in closets that have enough room to get dressed and
undressed in and store a lot of clothing.
• Take advantage of the views and natural light.
